As a therapist, I believe empathy and trust build a foundation for my clients to achieve the change they are seeking. I also feel flexibility is important. I primarily work with individuals focusing on anxiety and depression related symptoms whether these are a chronic condition or related to life circumstances. We all can benefit from a supportive, judgment free, and empathic relationship.
I utilize a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotional Freedom Techniques and tapping, Solution Focused Therapy, EMDR, and Gottman Techniques. I have clinical experience in working with a variety of people from adolescents, adults, families and couples.
