I specialize in women’s mental health, supporting clients through anxiety, depression, fertility challenges, infant loss, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs). I am certified in perinatal mental health and provide culturally responsive care for women. I understand the emotional weight of womanhood, including pregnancy, postpartum changes, parenting stress, grief, and navigating identity and cultural expectations. My approach integrates CBT, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and EMDR. I am EMDR-certified and offer extended and intensive EMDR sessions for deeper, accelerated healing.

I provide a safe, supportive, and culturally responsive space for women of color, including Caribbean and South Asian women. With me, therapy is tailored to your needs. I'm here to help you tap into your inner strength, cope with life’s changes, and build confidence to live the life you imagine.
