I integrate traditional psychotherapy with coaching, mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems and other evidence-based approaches. We work together to clear that path so that you're most authentic, creative, and passionate self can emerge and shine through. I specialize in parenting, chronic illness, teens, & artist's journeys.
