I specialize in active listening, deep-breathing techniques, progressive muscle relaxation, guided imagery, storytelling, and the use of evidence-based therapeutic modalities. Circle of Security - Parenting Group
This group is for adults/parents to assist with encouraging connections and relationships between parent and child. Our goal is achieved by educating parents on specific stages and the developmental process of children and the important role parents play. Parents will also learn how to identify their own thoughts, beliefs and experiences which may hinder the relationship building process between them and their child.
