Beth received her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, with an emphasis on working with youth and adolescents, from Northwestern University. She has experience working with a variety of populations, from childhood to older adults, as well as in a variety of settings, including group homes, community services, and private practice. Beth specializes in working with youth/adolescents, LGBTQIA+ youth and emerging adults, social skills, emotion regulation, adjustment, interpersonal relationships, and self-esteem. She believes therapy is a collaborative process that can empower clients to live their best life.
