Life can be incredibly complex and overwhelming, full of twists and turns we often do not expect. As both a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a human being, I have witnessed how receiving professional therapeutic support can guide individuals towards finding a sense of safety and comfort within themselves in a world of ever-shifting dynamics that can distract from or exacerbate the challenges we experience. My clients may be struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, trauma, and substance use, in addition to difficulty managing mood and anxiety, stress, life transitions, or relationship conflicts.

Even the strongest people can feel invisible or burned out when life keeps demanding more. You may feel disconnected from your partner—like no matter how hard you try, you’re not being seen or heard. Or maybe you’re juggling parenting, partnership, and career demands, leaving little room for yourself. You might feel stuck in unhelpful patterns, emotionally exhausted, or simply longing for clarity and peace. Whatever brought you here, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I help individuals and couples rebuild connection, communicate with confidence, and create more harmony in their lives.
