I am passionate about working with individuals ranging in age from adolescent through adulthood. Other areas of focus are helping clients to identify moods and symptoms of disorders associated with moods, helping clients transition between roles in their life, helping to strengthen the mind body connection, and helping clients to find healthy balance in their life.

You might be neuro-spicy, queer, partnered, poly/ENM, or simply tired of repeating the same painful patterns. Maybe trauma, CPTSD/PTSD, anxiety, depression, or racial stress lives in your body and relationships. You want communication that feels safer, sex and intimacy that feel authentic and shame-free, and connections that actually work for your brain and heart. You’re ready to understand your attachment story, heal old wounds, and build relationships rooted in choice, pleasure, and trust—not survival.

I assist adults, adolescents, families and couples to reach emotional, mental health, relationship and achievement goals.
The process is a collaboration between client and therapist. At the first meeting we explore the nature and history of issues and previous attempts to address them. We work together to understand the reasons for difficulties. We then develop an approach for change that includes plans for follow-through. The aim is a better quality of life.
