I also have experience in working with, families with addiction issues, health care professionals and understand the struggles of needing support to address issues that come with being in a caretaker role. I believe everyone has a unique story with unique experiences that make us who we are today. However, some of us have experiences that lead to unwanted emotions including shame, fear and low self-worth.
I am a true believer that everyone is capable of finding their inner strength and using their courage to become a happier and healthier version of themselves. Once there, they can begin to find self-worth, acceptance and belonging in their story moving forward.
My goal as a therapist is to provide a respectful, encouraging and safe setting where you can begin to process some of your most significant life experiences and begin to find hope, understanding and bring light back into your life.
