I am so glad you are here! I have the privilege of counseling individuals through the severe complexities of Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Grief, Life Transitions, and other stress related situations. I do not believe we were ever meant to experience the challenges of life alone. I have extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and adults of all ages, as well as, survivors of domestic and sexual violence. I am well versed in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).
My approach is individualized and collaborative. I enjoy incorporating various modalities to fit the interests and needs of my clients.
