Together, we'll identify effective ways to move through life's most difficult moments - the past can't be changed, but we can shift how it influences our present and future.
I am passionate about supporting those who have been harmed by poverty, housing instability, relationship violence, and systemic oppression. I frequently work with the LGBTQIA+ community and am glad to provide letters of support for gender-affirming care. My therapeutic style is trauma-informed, collaborative, practical, and harm-reductionist.
