Women's Yoga + Talk Therapy Group
Join Ilene Gold, LCSW, RYT and Owner of Discover Peace Within for Women's Yoga + Talk Therapy Group. You'll connect to mind-body, build community, and learn coping strategies for how to deal with stress, anxiety, and depression. You will practice an hour all-levels yoga class, then spend an hour talking through challenges, hardships and celebrations in the group setting. This is a 7 week group starting on April 6th, 2026 and runs until May 18th, 2026.
