Counseling is available for those struggling with anxiety, depression, couples issues or family estrangement. Each individual is given care and attention to begin to gain insight and develop new coping skills.
I have over 20 years of experience and training working with relationship issues, adults, and their families. Additional training was obtained in couples therapy, divorce, depression, anxiety, family relationships, and trauma. Past experience included work with couples, adults, families, geriatric issues, vocational issues and parenting.
I have extensive training in relationship counseling, including; Emotionally Focused Relationship counseling, Imago, and Drs. John and Julie Gottman. I have worked to help those struggling with divorce, parenting amd grandparent issues, interference with achieving higher functioning in work, trauma, grief, creativity, chronic pain, and low self-esteem.
