Loss comes in many different forms: job loss, relationship loss, financial loss, and/or loss of someone very dear to you. Loss can be expected and planned for or it can be very unexpected and sudden. Many people have found it helpful to join a group that deals with loss and to hear how others experience it, process through it, and came out of the process more resilient.
