About
I am prepared to see clients with a session via professional zoom. Are there things for you, your child, or family member that you wish were different? Therapy can address: where you are now, process how you got there, and how to change things to improve your life. Solution Focused Brief Therapy guides you to understand what is and is not working well for you, how these things could be different and the process of change could be for you. Are you ready to reach for the best you, a better life, better relationships, or spiritual depth?
I am well trained in several relationship therapies (Gottman, Imago, Emotionally Focused, PREP, and Prepare/Enrich.) I have 19 years of experience helping couples navigate relationship and issues. I have been trained in child therapies and since families are made up of couples and children, I see many families for parenting, and co-parenting consultations.
I have found that clients benefits from research based knowledge of relationships and attachment theory. Especially when they are approaching how to understand and improve themselves or any of their relationships. I use talk therapy or many expressive arts therapies, as a gentle, effective way to explore oneself.
