I work with teens (14+), young adults, and couples who feel like strangers in their own lives. You don't have to be in crisis to start — you just have to be ready to find your way back to yourself. That's where we begin: not with a diagnosis or a worksheet, but with who you actually are underneath everything that's happened.
My approach is creative and experiential — folklore, metaphor, sandtray, and storytelling, grounded in CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused care. I won't hand you a worksheet or ask you to rate your feelings 1 to 10. Sessions feel like a conversation, and most clients say it doesn't feel like therapy at all. That's the point.
I became a therapist because I know what it feels like to have things you cannot say out loud. For 12+ years I've walked with people back to themselves.
