I work with people who struggle to feel connected or believe in their own value, helping them understand why and find their way back. As a Latina therapist, I specialize in trauma therapy, attachment issues, relationship anxiety, and self-esteem. Using a trauma-informed, culturally responsive approach, I help clients heal attachment wounds and generational trauma while honoring the impact of family dynamics, cultural expectations, and systemic oppression—so you can build emotional safety, self-trust, and healthier relationships
In therapy we can learn to honor both the wisdom of your survival strategies and your desire for change. Therapy can be a place to learn to hold discomfort and transform self esteem. Part of my role as your therapist is to help you co-regulate, taking discomfort that alone feels overwhelming and holding it together
