I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Narrative therapy is based on social constructivism theory and considers reality as socially constructed and based on the way we interact with others. People can have different realities of the same experience. A narrative is useful to organize our reality to have meaningful experiences.
The power to transform is in your choice to change your narrative and the core beliefs that sustain that narrative. Once you choose to go down this path - you cannot turn back.
