In my practice, I foster safety, authenticity, and vulnerability. I can help my clients build insight, gain practical tools, and pay close attention to how they intersect with their world to feel grounded and compassionate toward themselves. I am a first-generation American who is passionate about supporting other first generation and immigrant Americans like me (and my family) find healing from anxiety, depression, trauma, family system issues, healthy relationships, impostor syndrome, and systemic injustice.
