I aim to work with individuals who are interested in change and growth from a holistic perspective and are ready to do the challenging and rewarding work of reclaiming and mastering themselves. I am also available for clinical supervision and consultation and truly love working with and mentoring early career clinicians.
I specialize in working with trauma, grief, & really, all things taboo. I work from a place of love, honesty, open communication, & empowerment. I gently help you develop greater self compassion while you take greater responsibility for the quality of your life. Together, we will navigate the darkness you face but I will help you laugh along the way.
I have done years of my own therapy so I am well aware of how vulnerable and uncomfortable it can be to be the one seeking support. However, it is because of my own personal journey that I have such deep faith and trust in this work.
