My name is Dr. Ildiko Tabori and I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD) based in Los Angeles, California working with clients statewide in-person and via telehealth. I work primarily with adults, older adults, couples, and families and specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, relationships, career, and creativity. I also specialize in Forensic Psychology and Neuropsychology doing evaluations for both civil and criminal cases, and assessments for traumatic and non-traumatic brain injuries and dementia.
My approach to therapy varies based on the needs of each client I work with. I most frequently use Trauma Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Family Systems Therapy. These modalities allow me to work collaboratively with clients to develop a realistic path forward and create a more fulfilling and healthy life.
My communication style is interactive and collaborative. I want my clients to feel safe and comfortable talking with me about uncomfortable things without judgment and pride myself on working as hard as my client does.
