We start by exploring the challenges you’re facing, and create an individualized plan and goals for therapy. I specialize in treating and managing anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, adverse childhood experiences, grief/loss, relational problems, ADHD, and other important life issues. I incorporate helpful skills and approaches like EMDR, IFS, ACT, and CBT.
