About
I work with children and adults who face emotional and behavioral challenges that impact the quality of their daily lives. anxiety, depression, low self esteem, anger, difficulties with relationships, learning disabilities, and bereavement, are some examples of such life stressors that can be helped.
My practice focuses on a Cognitive/Behavioral approach. Clients are guided toward increasing their self awareness in order to replace self-defeating patterns of thought and behavior, and learn new coping skills to regain a sense of acomplishment and joy.
Sessions consist of verbal therapy and Art Therapy when appropriate, to add another dimension and a deeper understanding of client's perceptions. Artistic ability is not required. Languages: English, Hebrew, and some Russian
