Hello, I am Ilana! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of California (LMFT #116296). I work with individuals and families from a variety of backgrounds. My therapeutic approach incorporates CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Client-Centered Therapy. I believe that therapy is collaborative and encourage my clients to grow in a safe, therapeutic environment.
I offer sessions for individual counseling, couples counseling, and child/teen counseling. Together we can address issues related to stress, relationships, work, anxiety, and depression... to name a few. My goal is to help you achieve your best you.
