I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of New Jersey with just over 9 years of experience. My goal is to provide clients with a safe, non-judgmental environment where they can begin working toward their personal goals while learning how to effectively manage and prioritize their mental and emotional well-being. I have worked in a wide variety of treatment settings and have experience treating a diverse range of clinical needs, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, LGBTQIA+ issues, substance use disorders, and disordered eating.
I received my Master’s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, and through both my educational background and professional experience, I have developed a deep understanding of the many circumstances that contribute to making us unique—culturally, spiritually, mentally, and emotionally.
There are times when we could all benefit from extra support, when the challenges we face feel daunting and insurmountable. I strive to empower individuals, helping them recognize the strengths and abilities they already have to create positive change in their lives.
