I have 26 years experience in the provision of therapy in an outpatient setting to treat a diverse array of presenting problems. I assist clients in problem solving more productive and healthier ways to cope with their unique challenges. A guiding principal in my work is to aid clients in achieving congruence between the person they wish to be and the person they are, thereby continually striving for authenticity. I wish to aid my clients in achieving their fullest potential in order to live gratifying lives personally and professionally.

I have been in the counseling field for over 10 years and I use an eclectic approach to counseling and performance skills coaching. I specialize in clients with PTSD, depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, and relationship issues. I also specialize in athletes that are looking to improve their performance, become elite, or struggling to perform.

My primary goal as a clinician is to create a warm, supportive, and safe environment that promotes deeper exploration and understanding of one’s emotional experiences. I enjoy teaching others how to cope in ways that are consistent with how individuals would like to see themselves.

Our life's work is helping clients achieve a better sense of self and happiness..more recently we've recognized that without good mental health providers this balance in life can be more difficult and stressful. However, through therapy our associates have our clients transform into the people they want to be. We see each client as an individual with many parts to their identity. Kristin Camorlinga, LCPC, received her Masters in Counseling from Loyola University in 2012. She specializes in working with children, adolescents and their families and has been doing so in different capacities since 1995. She has counseled bilingually in many settings including three schools, a domestic abuse shelter, two non-for-profits and two community public health agencies. She is passionate about helping people overcome mental health difficulties so they can reach their greatest potential and live their best life.
