I've counseled hundreds of adults and adolescents who were coping through a life crisis or change, as well as clients who suffer from mental illness or addiction. I have experience working in hospital emergency rooms as a crisis worker, and as a psychotherapist in both private practice and online. I'm very excited to also offer spiritual-based Relationship Coaching with my partner and clinical supervision or mentorship to other clinicians.
We all have times where we struggle with change, relationships, family or career issues. You are an expert on you, but we don't always have the best tools for coping through a new situation.
