I help women and teens who are struggling with depression and anxiety to find balance, hope and happiness. If you are going through a life transition that is creating stress or if you have recently had a baby and are not feeling like yourself, I can help. I have worked as a Mental Health Therapist for over 12 years in California and Washington, and am now in Illinois. The path to healing after a trauma is unique to each individual. I believe in helping you discover the best path for you. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor within a private practice setting. I graduated in 2018 from Wake Forest University with a MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Since then, I have had the opportunity to serve a diverse range of clients in community and private practice settings. I have provided individual, family and group therapy to adults and children. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced trauma in their life to include children, adolescents, and veterans.

Life is complicated. Both my professional experiences and my own life experiences have taught me this. Women in particular experience unique challenges in today's world. We are faced with pressure from many sources, both internally and externally. I specialize in working with women of all ages, including teen girls. I offer secure, confidential video sessions so you can participate in therapy from the comfort of your home. I utilize several evidenced based therapies including CBT-E and Family Based Treatment. I am trained in Brainspotting Trauma Therapy. Additionally, I have a Yoga Teacher Certification to help work to restore mind body balance.
