Everyone brings beauty & meaning to the world, but some people have trouble discovering it. I work with pre-teens, adolescents, and adults of all ages. Frequent mental health challenges that I often work with include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, anger, low self-esteem, shame, grief, stress, pornography addiction, & boundaries. I enjoy also helping with communication & empowering clients to make positive changes. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & pull from many different theories, continuing to learn & use creative tools from a variety of theoretical orientations. I also offer Christian counseling.
