As a married person of 15 years and mother of 4 children I can relate. My offerings include a specialization in Sex Addiction and Healthy Sexuality. In addition, I work with individuals seeking to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and improve communication. Lastly, I do EMDR for help decrease symptoms of trauma and early childhood stressors.
