Transitioning to parenthood is one of the most exciting and challenging experiences. It transforms your mind and body in ways unimaginable and it can take time to get used to this “new normal.” I am deeply passionate about working with those trying to conceive, pregnant and postpartum clients, as well as those struggling to navigate parenting because, let’s be honest, it’s not always easy.

I focus on helping clients discover core strengths and achieve greater self-awareness. I believe that when negative patterns are identified, clients can begin the process of uncovering root causes of dissatisfaction. In a safe and non-judgmental environment, clients can learn new tools and make conscious choices to create healthy relationships and improve overall well-being. I look holistically at the whole person through a lens of embodiment, while encouraging healthy lifestyle changes along with mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing is about more than recovery–it's growth. It's not just about moving away from pain, but about moving toward more meaning, a clearer sense of self, deeper connections, and a life that feels more authentic and alive. It is a process of learning to trust yourself, letting go of what no longer serves you, and stepping into relationships and choices that feel more intentional. In this sense, healing is not only about relief but about possibility and the opening of a path toward a steadier, freer, and more meaningful life.

Are you on the brink of divorce? For many couples, life is turned upside down when one partner says they want/need to end the marriage and the other is hoping to save it. It is a mistake for these couples to either jump into the divorce process OR jump into couples therapy without both partners fully on board. Discernment counseling is a short-term, structured process designed to help couples gain clarity as they make a decision for the future of their marriage. The ultimate goal is for couples to decide between three paths: proceed to separation/divorce, postpone the decision, or commit to all-in couples therapy.

Is your child acting in a challenging, confusing or troubling way? If so, please know that parents can take small steps that bring about big changes. I specialize in working with parents from the perinatal period throughout childhood. I believe that parents are their children's best bet for helping them develop mental health and emotional wellness. Parenting interventions don't mean that you are to blame for why your child is struggling, simply that you are capable of being involved in or facilitating the solution.

And for people already recovering from addiction (yours or someone else's), I bring a deep understanding of 12 Step recovery to the therapeutic experience.
