Using supportive and challenging reflection, we will explore obstacles that keep you stuck in a negative story. We will practice authoring change in the safety of the space we’ve created. Like any good story, there will be laughter and tears, and there will be a stronger character at the end.
I use psychodynamic work, exploring how past relationships, experiences, or trauma affect the present. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy, I help clients notice how thoughts can affect moods and behavior. I take a person-centered approach, adapting my style to fit individual needs, believing each person has the resources within them to solve their problems.
I work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and relationship issues.
