I am licensed clinical professional counselor with years of experience working in community counseling mental health facilities and in private practice. I have an extensive background working with clients who are living with mental illnesses, such as: mood disorders, anxiety disorders, attention deficit disorders, personality disorders, clients with mood dysregulation issues, problematic thought processes, and behavioral issues. I have also worked with clients that are merely going through a difficult transition in life.

In addition to providing counseling, I specialize in comprehensive diagnosis and assessment of learning difficulties, ADHD , memory concerns, autism, dementia/Alzheimer's disease, brain injury, depression, anxiety, and a variety of other psychological and neuropsychological difficulties. My approach is to help act as a coach/collaborator for parents by helping support them manage emotional and behavioral issues in a positive manner. I have over 12 years experience working with children and adolescents with developmental and intellectual disabilities. My special areas of interest include: autism spectrum disorders, ADHD , and behavior disorders. I have extensive knowledge of schools and special education processes. I collaborate with schools and other health care professionals to provide the most effective well rounded treatment for your child.

Hello, my name is Rocky Mays and my sliding scale ranges from $80-$130 and I am currently accepting new clients. I offer in person and virtual appointments in the afternoons, evenings & on Saturdays.
