As a therapist, I operate from the framework that our physical, emotional, and mental well-being are in constant communication over time and in our everyday lives. My practice stems from providing insight and support that not only promotes feeling better during therapy, but in everyday life as well. I work with clients (17+) who are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, illness, and adjustments in their life. In addition to utilizing a mind-body approach to therapy, much of my work stems from training in CBT, DBT, ACT and mindfulness.
