We are an outpatient virtual group practice. We offer individual therapy, diagnostic evaluation, and family support. Our practice specializes in neurodivergent diagnoses including ADHD and Autism, as well as sensory and learning difference. We are experienced in treating co-occurring conditions such as anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, eating disorders, conflict with family of origin, job-related stress, relationship issues, life transitions, loss, and chronic health concerns. We are knowledgeable about women's health, sex differences in neurodivergent presentations, and we support the queer community.

Katelyn is a Associate Marriage & Family Therapist . She has a well-rounded experience in working with clients from all walks of life – primarily with individuals (18 and up), couples, and families with expertise ready to serve you. Some of her specialty areas include but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, anger, adjustment disorders, bullying, grief, parenting, communication, life transitions, self-esteem, identity, sex therapy, women’s issues, and resilience.

I believe our primary desire is to form satisfying, balanced relationships. I work from a Developmental, Attachment, Relational perspective and frequently incorporate Trauma & Family Systems Models into my work. I have extensive experience with infants, young children, teens, families & adults. When working with children I strive to work collaboratively with all relevant members in the child's life to understand & treat that child.

Today, teens and young adults face many stressors including sadness, anxiety, loneliness, and uncertainty about the future. They want to feel the confidence to cope with an unpredictable world as they mature. I provide a safe, nurturing environment for teens and young adults to explore these challenges and stressors. I work closely with parents so they can support their teen's successful growth outside of the office. My passion is teaching skills to manage independence, social anxiety, depression and relationship dynamics. Clients benefit from improved social and coping skills, with a focus on mindfulness, acceptance and commitment.

I am a psychotherapist and body centered therapist in private practice with over 20 years experience in the Chicagoland area. I remain curious and open to exploring how your energy field, psychology and nervous system interrelate and move toward wholeness. Christina is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a near decade of experience. She is honored to work with kids, tweens, teens, parents, and families who have courageously chosen to seek help during times of struggle. She has spent time working in the foster care system, community mental health clinics, and private practice. In each of these settings, her primary aim is to help our most vulnerable population navigate some of life’s challenges and support the parent/guardian as you guide them. Christina’s style of therapy is relational, strength-based, evidence-based, and integrative.

As individuals ponder entering therapy the unspoken question is often: Am I normal? Is what I, my child, my family going through normal? the answer to that question both compels people to come to therapy and also keeps people from walking through the door out of fear of what they may find.

My approach is friendly, straightforward and solution-focused, but with appreciation for the variety and complexity of factors that may be involved with the issues that folks bring to therapy. I enjoy collaborating with clients to manage stress and modify the patterns of thinking, feeling and acting that concern them.

While a person can feel better after a good talk with a friend or relative, for moderate or severe emotional distress, this relief is only temporary. Talking with a trained listener helps alleviate emotional distress for good. The doctors in our practice are trained to listen and interact in a way that helps you get to the very root of your emotional concerns.

Marc specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, & adults on a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship problems, stress management, LGBTQ, & education related inquiries. His approach is solution-focused & viewed through a cognitive-behavioral lens, with the goal of creating a partnership based on rapport & connection to best develop strategies that meet each individual's unique needs. Marc currently provides individual therapy, parental consultation, & educational advocacy via telehealth and in-person sessions. He is passionate about helping individuals meet their own goals!
