I work with adults (ages 18 and up) in a private practice setting. I see clients in person and via telehealth. I have worked in private practice for over a decade and work with a variety of populations. My specialties include, but are not limited to: Eating Disorders: Compulsive Overeating/Binge Eating, Anorexia Nervosa and Bulimia Nervosa, Depression, Anxiety, Adjustment Disorders, Relationship/ Marital issues, Stress Management/Wellness, Grief & Loss, Mood Disorders and Trauma.

Lauren earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School, and working toward her Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology at National Louis University. She has provided psychotherapy services across various settings including community mental health centers, private practices, and law enforcement collaboration. She has experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, mood instability, relationship issues, and life transitions. She enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults navigating overwhelming levels of stress related to academics, relationships, social media, work, and change.

Kyle Branner (He/Him/His) is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois. Kyle believes that the client serves an important role in the therapeutic environment. Cindy's specialty is working with clients using proven strategies such as solution focused therapy, as well as Cognitive Behavioral and positive psychology strategies to help clients to improve mindset and begin making positive behavioral changes. She likes to help clients learn ways of managing their emotions in a constructive and healthy way, which in turn improves overall connections to others to experience more overall happiness and balance in their lives.

I am a Licensed Social Worker with a specialization in school social work, and a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor within the state of Illinois. I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Substance Abuse Counseling at the University of St. Francis and my Master’s Degree in Social Work with specialization in schools from Aurora University. In addition to being a therapist, I also currently work as a school social worker at the high school level.

With over two decades of experience supporting adults, teens, couples, and families, I am deeply committed to walking alongside my clients on their journey to healing. My passion lies in providing specialized care for eating disorders, honed through years of working in diverse inpatient and outpatient settings. Additionally, I am enthusiastic about utilizing EMDR as a powerful tool to facilitate profound healing experiences. EMDR is often quite effective in accessing and addressing deep-seated issues and "stuck points," often leading to a sense of relief and empowerment for my clients.

Allison works primarily with adults and teens. Her practice areas include issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, stress management, and other life changes. For clients who are interested in faith-based counseling, Allison has received training in integrating spirituality and faith into sessions. In graduate school, she conducted research about assisting clients with processing and healing from traumatic religious experiences. Allison uses several different therapeutic approaches, including person-centered counseling and existential counseling, as well as trauma-informed techniques and other evidence-based interventions.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Illinois. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both individual and group settings. The clients I have worked with have struggled with eating disorders, self-injury, anxiety, depression, and suicidal ideation. I work with my client on developing healthy coping skills, such as grounding and relaxation techniques, to help alleviate the stress brought on by triggering thoughts and situations. My name is Molly Lown. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), experienced in working with children, adolescents, adults of all ages, couples and families.
