My ideal client is an individual looking to work through their depression, anxiety, or relationship issues, or a couple seeking to find effective ways to communicate with each other to stop getting in the same negative and exhausting upsets. I think many people who see me have been individuals who need someone to help them understand and work with their place in life and in their relationships.
