I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I have provided individual, couples, family , as well as group therapy for over 29 years. I have worked with both the adolescent and adult populations, addressing a variety of disorders, including the development of a specialized program for impaired professionals. I provide a holistic approach which includes, a combination of technique's such as ACT, DPT, CBT, psychoeducation and mindfulness.

Developing a supportive, understanding, and enriching relationship with those I've worked with over the past 13 years has given me the privilege and ability to help clients reach their goals for therapy. I work to nurture, assist, and motivate people to be their happiest selves. The adults, teens, children and families I see are facing a variety of challenges related to anxiety, depression, difficulties at school or work, divorce, grief and loss, family stress, and other life events.

I have accumulated over 20 years of experience providing individual counseling, family therapy , and marital counseling to adolescents and all adults dealing with variety of issues and concerns. I received my bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and graduated with my master's degree in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology.

As a psychotherapist, a certified clinical trauma professional, and a former teacher, helping people to learn & grow have been the core focus of my entire life's work. I am intimately aware that the act of sharing our challenges and life struggles with a compassionate listener is a powerful one that can be transformational. Life will inevitably present us all with challenges and changes, and reaching out for support can be empowering. My treatment method is solution-focused & emotion-focused with a strengths-based approach to help my clients experience positive growth and gain mastery over their circumstances.

As a psychotherapist, my approach with clients is very down to earth. Not all clients and problems are the same which is why I tend to be a bit more eclectic in style. In traditional therapy, I utilize CBT and Solutions Focused modalities to work though anxiety and depression as well as grief and loss. I am privileged to help others navigate through life transitions, behavior and emotional disorders, as well as understanding and increasing empathy with ADHD, autism spectrum disorder and obsessive compulsive disorder.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC) with a Master of Science (MS) in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor's in Psychology from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh. In addition to my education, I have worked with clients from adolescence through adulthood using both individual and group therapy. I also hold a Certificate in Clinical Hypnosis from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago. I have had a private practice utilizing Clinical Hypnosis to aid clients in weight management, PTSD, dealing with phobias and smoking cessation.

Regina White, LPC, understands that when you're hurting and in a dark place, having someone to walk you through your pain with compassion and empathy means everything. She is familiar with the discomfort of grief and loss, and she is passionate in helping to find the road to healing, recovery and resiliency for families and individuals. Regina plays the organ, piano and keyboard. She loves old movies and fantasy movies as well. She has three strong adult sons, their beautiful wives, and 5 incredible grandchildren.

My name is Angela Johnson, and I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 15 years of clinical experience working with young adults and the LGBTQ+ community with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Trauma, PTSD, and Panic Attacks. I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Couples Therapy, Mindfulness-Based (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma Focused during my treatments with clients. I believe it is also my job to help clients learn about themselves and determine what is important and what is not.
