I know how difficult it can be to take those first steps in seeking out a new therapist. Life can be challenging in many ways and can be difficult navigating alone. I take great care in providing a safe and collaborative environment for my clients to explore their lives and various obstacles in a nonjudgmental and compassionate way. Some of the modalities I use include CBT, DBT, ART, IFS, Psychoanalytic, and Holistic. Building a trusting relationship and witnessing each client's journey is what I find most fulfilling about my work as a therapist.
I have been in the field of mental health for over 10 years, working with a diverse range of people. I have experience working with individuals, groups and families around challenges including depression, anxiety, mood instability, domestic violence, grief, trauma, and life transitions. I also offer supervision to interns and newly licensed professionals.
Every person has their own unique set of challenges. I carefully tailor my interventions around each client's given situation.
