Dr. Tony Fletcher is a well-known and respected clinical neuropsychologist, licensed clinical psychologist and diplomate in forensic psychology with over 20 years of clinical and courtroom experience. His expertise is in various assessments (academic, learning disorders, TBI, forensic, psychiatric, emotional and cognitive) of children from the age of five to geriatric populations. Dr. Fletcher's therapeutic orientations are in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

I completed my doctorate in clinical psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University, Schaumburg. I am passionate about women's issues and I developed a therapy program for reducing postpartum depression while increasing the mother-infant bond for my clinical research project. I obtained an emphasis in Health Psychology that included training in hypnosis, relaxation techniques, pain management, and stress reduction. Additionally, I have an extensive background in domestic violence ad sexual assault. My therapeutic approach is eclectic utilizing interpersonal psychotherapy, CBT, feminist theory, solutions focused therapy, and client centered therapy.

I enjoy working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and any habits that make them feel like "the habit/symptom is in charge." I believe people are inherently healthy and their system (mind and body) is always adapting to make them feel safe. Clients are often relieved to find out the roots of their problems are really their system's attempt to protect them. I teach clients a 'mindfulness-based' process that helps them understand and take charge of the ways they are getting stuck. Clients often use this process in their lives to grow in ways that move beyond their presenting concerns.

My name is Danielle Lozano and I work hard to be compassionate, warm, and authentic with my clients. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) that has been recognized by the National Board for Certified Counselors (NCC) and has received a certificate as a Family Trauma Professional (CFTP). I feel that my warm demeanor and openness, aids me in building a strong and healthy therapeutic relationship with my clients. My current therapy style revolves around client's needs and comfort level. Most frequently I utilize the client-centered, psychodynamic, emotionally focused, and cognitive behavioral approaches.

My associates and I believe in a cooperative treatment experience where client and therapist share responsibility for the identification and mutual direction of problem solving strategies. I Have worked in the areas of substance abuse and mental health for the past 29 years. I work with clients between the ages of 16 and 60. I have a strong interests in addictions, impulse control and personality disorders. I specialize in working with clients who are struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress, and other anxiety related conditions. My approach emphasizes giving the client control over the process of approaching the things, situations, and experiences that they fear. The goals for many of my clients often include reevaluating the things, situations, and experience that they fear to reduce anxiety; to decrease and/or eliminate medications for managing anxiety; and to live a more fulfilling life.

I value the importance of the client-therapist relationship and strive to assist clients in gaining insights into their behavior. I attentively listen to each client empathetically, to help identify and define target problems, and together we develop the therapeutic treatment plan to best meet their unique needs and goals. I collaborate with schools, doctors, and other sources to assist in advocating for my clients. Kat works collaboratively with children, adolescents, and young adults using the creative process to support young people to understand themselves and the world around them. In sessions, she tunes into strengths and interests that are untapped resources for understanding and coping with the world around us. She has seen clients increase their comfort with embracing emotions, riding the emotional wave, and problem solving to get what they need in difficult situations. She has experience teaching executive functioning skills and combating emotional barriers to support neurodivergent people to take charge of their story.

I specialize in working with children, teenagers, and adults and provide individual, family, and couples' therapy. While working with these modalities of treatments, I help clients that are struggling with anxiety, compulsive behaviors, behavioral issues, depression, self-esteem, conflict, parenting, trauma, and life transitions.
