If you’re feeling stuck in your relationship, thinking about divorce, or already going through it, I see you. It’s confusing, lonely, and often overwhelming. You may be spending every day trying to hold it together. Or maybe the decision is made, but now you're left trying to pick up the emotional pieces.
I work with adults who are facing tough relationship crossroads, those contemplating divorce, navigating the process, or figuring out how to move forward after it's over. I also help clients work through anxiety, especially when it feels like the weight of uncertainty, change, or pressure is just too much.

I believe all people have a story to tell, and we all benefit when we have someone who listens and helps support us through this rocky narrative that is life. Through reflection and introspection into your unique story, we will work together to build skills, such as resiliency, self-esteem, self-advocacy, and work towards achieving your personal goals. I especially enjoy working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, OCD symptoms, relationship difficulties, ADHD, and with new parents. I am currently working on completing my perinatal mental health certificate.

Feeling stuck in a web of stress, frustration, anxiety, hurt, depression, and loneliness can be difficult and unsettling. Like a gas gauge, it is important to identify what empties us and what fuels us. With understanding, knowledge, and humor, I assist my clients in identifying what empties them, such as stresses, worries, roadblocks, and other means of "stuck-ness." We also explore what fuels us and fills us, such as change, self-care, acceptance, balance, empowerment, and new beginnings.

I work with couples and families who are trying to communicate better, rebuild trust, or find their way through stressful seasons. A big part of my work includes parenting support, helping caregivers understand what’s underneath the conflict and create a more connected, balanced home. I also specialize in supporting adopted adolescents and adults, blending my clinical training with my own lived connection to adoption.
My clients never have to show up perfectly, just honestly. I bring warmth, dry humor, and practical tools to help people feel more connected in their relationships and more grounded in themselves.

Are you felling lonely, anxious, or depressed? Have you been in a “funk” and can’t find a way out? Do you feel uncomfortable in your own skin? You're not alone! Often, we settle for known or understood pain because the alternative seems impossible or frightening. Successful therapy results in finding the solutions within ourselves for a better, happier life. The best way to achieve this relies on the quality of the relationship between the client and the therapist. I meet my client's where they're at and talk to them like people and not "patients."
