I received my Master of Counseling Psychology Degree from Trinity Christian College and continually work to keep myself familiar with new therapies and methods in the field. I will create interventions that are made specifically for a certain person, and are a combination of evidence-based strategies and creative interventions. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have experience working with a wide range of ages, disorders, and cultural backgrounds.

Mallory Jones specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and athletes, including: anxiety and mood disorders, relationship difficulties, LGBTQ+ concerns, athletic performance struggles, body image, identity struggles, and life transitions. She gained mental performance consulting experience working with youth and college athletes on struggles including attentional focus, energy management, anxiety, self-confidence, leadership development, and the mental impacts of the injury.

Many suffer from anxiety, depression, family divorce, thoughts of self harm, oppositional defiant disorder, social/educational concerns at school, etc. Typically I meet with the child and then bring in the parent for the end of session to review and talk action plans/next steps. By working collaboratively with youth and their parents, we can work together to repair relationships and develop strong bonds.
