Often in life, we don't feel seen or heard by the world around us. Therapy should be a space where you can explore your authentic self, or find the tools you need to self-actualize into that person. I work with adolescents, adults and older adults seeking individual treatment, focusing on trauma, mood disorders and anxiety, with other focuses on the LGBTQIA+ community, body liberation, kink, and CNM/open relationships. Through our work together, I hope to help you feel understood and better understand yourself.
