Sessions can be telehealth or in-person. Sheri is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of counseling experience with adults and young adults. She is passionate about helping people realize their obstacles, then equipping them with new insight and behavior to overcome them. Sheri offers practical tools for change that quickly bring the individual to thrive& enjoy life again. Specialties include mood issues, depression, anxiety, relationships and handling life stresses.
