I provide psychotherapy to individuals and couples, specializing in adults and teens. Clients come to me with problems such as anxiety issues, depression, marital stress, relational abuse, job stress and past sexual abuse. I have also worked with men suffering from anger problems. The preferred style is one of a partnership, with agreed upon goals, going at a pace that is comfortable and appropriate for the client. As a therapist with over 30 years of experience, I work with church staff, corporate executives, teens and adults to improve leadership skills, personal relationships and business performance. Patients & family members currently dealing with the emotional effects of chronic or terminal illness are also a piece of my practice. I provide individual, marital and family counseling. I treat a variety of common emotional and relational difficulties including anxiety, depression and relationship conflict, as well as parent/child issues, and the emotional effects of medical conditions.
