Emotional pain has a way of making life feel narrow and less enjoyable. In therapy, I help clients to focus on what gives them joy, excitement, and meaning in life, and to identify valued goals. As clients get closer their goals, unforeseen obstacles can crop up, and these roadblocks may cause stress or hardship. I offer a variety of coping skills to help people overcome such obstacles. These skills include stress management, mindfulness, assertiveness, confronting fears, and many, many more!
