I have experience with a variety of concerns, including (but not limited to),
, impulse control, general acting out behaviors at home at school, low self-esteem, self-harm, physical, verbal, emotional/sexual abuse, anxiety, depression, and peer/family relationships.
Therapy can be helpful to all individuals, whether it is to help deal with daily stresses, life issues, or past traumatic events. I believe in establishing a positive client alliance by empowering my clients to be an active part of their therapeutic treatment. I assist clients in establishing goals, setting their own counseling pace and check in frequently regarding their progress and goal adjustments. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space for every person, including the family members of younger clients, and to help clients implement positive lasting life changes.
