I started my journey as a family therapist in 2017. I have been providing direct care in a variety of settings to children, adolescents and adults. My approach includes modalities that are attachment based, experiential, and trauma informed. I have experience working with clients battling with anxiety, family challenges, life transitions, and parenting.

Angie Patton has a Master of Science degree in Community Counseling, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor. Her expertise extends to addictions (food, drugs, alcohol, etc.) and codependency/family issue around addictions. Angie can work with all presenting issues for couples, individuals and families. She provides assessments for substance abuse and anger issues and is an expert public speaker.

I am an independent contractor working with Neuro Harmony, LLC. My ideal client is someone who is ready to begin a journey of self-exploration and face life on life's terms. That being said, anyone who comes to me for counseling is someone I would like to work with. I like helping people reclaim their self-esteem and power in life, overcome anxiety and depression, develop coping skills to deal with life, heal from trauma and overcome old behavior patterns that are self-defeating and self-sabotaging.

In our culture today eating disorders, sexual and porn addiction are constantly a topic in the media, conversations and of general interest to most individuals. Many times these issues, as well as others, are kept as secrets and only come to light when a crisis occurs with loved ones or in relationships. Clients want a therapist that has comprehensive knowledge and understanding of these difficulties and can lead them and/or family members into a better understanding, recovery, and healing.

I am an independent contractor working with Neuro Harmony, LLC. I most enjoy working with folks struggling with trauma, ADD, BPD, NDE's, and who consider themselves "quirky" or "misfits." Often they are simply seeking validation - reassurance that they are not actually "crazy" - and have the curiosity, sense of humor and resilience needed to undertake existential adventures. Like most of us, what they are basically seeking is contentment and peace of mind.

As a Queer/Neurodivergent clinician, I work from a relational model that considers both individual and systematic aspects of life to create a better understanding of what is brought into sessions.
