I'm an AASECT certified sex therapist and specialize in intimacy issues and relationships. I have ADHD myself and many of my clients happen to be neurodivergent as well, so that's become a secondary specialty. I'm naturally a systems thinker, so I'll look at how all areas of your world and your perspective are impacting you. I'm trained as a meditation instructor as well as a health coach, so I bring a mind-body-spirit approach. It's all one system!

You look successful on the outside, yet inside you feel depleted, restless, unhappy, or silently questioning what’s next. Burnout, anxiety, relationship strain, family pressure, or career dissatisfaction may be signaling it’s time to pause and realign. As a psychologist, hypnotherapist, and life coach, I help adults thoughtfully examine their inner world so they can reconnect with purpose, clarity, and ease. I often work with business owners, high-demand professionals, parents, and single women exploring whether motherhood on their own is possible and right for them.

Grief, loss, and trauma can have a profound and lasting impact on you or people you love. You may feel isolated from others and overwhelmed as you try to go about day-to-day tasks; you may struggle to feel safe, express your emotions, or understand how to make meaning from all that has happened. Other people might be telling you to “get over” it, as if grief has a deadline you haven’t met. Traumatic events from your past may bring up feelings of inadequacy, anxiety, or shame, which can prevent you from doing the things you want to do, affect your relationships, and make it hard to communicate or set healthy boundaries with others.

Transpersonal Therapists
How does transpersonal therapy work?
Transpersonal therapy focuses on a patient’s spirituality and meaning in life. Transpersonal therapists might borrow from Eastern traditions as well as Western psychology. They may incorporate techniques including meditation, visualization, hypnotherapy, dream analysis, and or breathwork to produce altered states of consciousness. The therapist helps the patient to access their consciousness and spirituality to work through difficult mental states.

How long does transpersonal therapy last?
Because the goal is to understand a person as a whole, including their spirituality, treatment can range from months to a year or beyond. While patients learn the philosophy behind transpersonal therapy during treatment, they can also practice its principles throughout life after therapy sessions have ended.

Is transpersonal therapy effective?
Patients have found success with transpersonal therapy; this method is useful in improving anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, fears, relationship problems, and other concerns. Improvements in problem areas can continue even after transpersonal therapy ends, as individuals can utilize the tools they’ve learned during treatment sessions.

What are the limitations of transpersonal therapy?
There is some research on the effectiveness of transpersonal therapy, but empirical support for this therapy approach is sparse. It does not have the robust evidence base of other forms of therapy, such as cognitive behavioral therapy or acceptance and commitment therapy.
