My working model is positioned from a trauma informed, holistic, strength-based approach to understanding how we are able to cope with life and grow to be resilient. I base my clinical interventions in art therapy principles and both traditional / non-traditional approaches to understand clients' inner world and foster self-expression and trauma processing.

As a 2nd generation Korean American who grew up in an immigrant family, I understand how cultural identity, family expectations, and systemic barriers can shape the way people see themselves and interact with the world.
I utilize a wide range of clinical approaches including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT), Somatic Experiencing, and Attachment-based approaches. I also utilize DBT, ACT, CBT and other evidence based approaches. I work collaboratively with my clients using different treatment methods that individually work for them.

I am affirming, sex and kink positive, and experienced in helping navigate poly & non-monogamous relationships. I also specialize in exploring and building skills/resources with neurodivergent individuals.
