Sometimes the ground beneath your feet disappears, and you feel like you’re looking down on yourself moving through life. Other times, you may feel so isolated like nobody else understands you. You may crack a smile when someone tells you a joke, but inside you don’t feel like you can enjoy the laugh. Moving through life like a ghost, detached from the world or unable to be around others at all. You spend hours trying to encourage yourself to get out of bed, lethargic, yet when you go to sleep at night it feels like your mind is in a never-ending loop of thoughts.
